Cold

It certainly must be cold outside. The thermometer inside the condo -- where we never have to run the heat because we seem to be sitting on top of the building's boiler -- is reading under 70 degrees Fahrenheit for the first time I remember since running the air conditioning last summer.

I'm not complaining.
