Dinner in Kelso on the way to Seaside? My first thought was that you must have flown to Seattle, not Portland. But I suppose you took that route because it's too much of a nuisance to get to Hwy 26 from PDX in afternoon rush hour, whereas you can dart out on the 205 anytime.
