Nothing. This isn't their first conference. All of them have been in India. We've attempted to contact them and they've ignored us. They show no sign of ever holding their event anywhere but in India. It seems highly unlikely to me that we'll hold a Worldcon in India anytime soon. The Worldcon service mark is registered in the USA and the EU, and there's not a whole lot that we can do unless they ever leave India or we ever go there. Service marks aren't worldwide.
It's annoying, but I don't think there's much we can do. This has been mentioned in the WSFS MPC's reports to WSFS several times, but of course nobody ever actually reads the reports.
