So Long, Hulk; You Won't be Missed
As I wrote a few days ago, we have had a junked car sitting across the street for a while. I reported it last week, and it was placarded for renewal. When I got home, I found that the city had made good on its promise.
The rabbits continue to make their rounds, but no longer have a place to take quick shelter should an inconvenient hawk appear.
I do not miss the burned-out hulk at all, and hope the junkyard can make productive use of turning it into scrap metal. My thanks to the city of Fernley for taking prompt action on this once I reported it.
