It's hard for me to think of too many cases where the Business Meeting could reject the election results. The problem in my mind is distinguishing between stepping into the fray because of accusations of improper process and doing so just because you don't like the results and you can get more of your side to the meeting in person.
This is different from cases like what happened in San Jose in 2011, the equivalent of which would be the balloting returning a win for None of the Above. In that case, the process is clear, although messy: the Business Meeting picks a committee and can ignore all of the normal restrictions.
