I would actually suggest a bit more proactive looking for a maintenance guy to tell. I mean, I am not a structural engineer[1], but that looks borderline concerning to me.

[1] I am actually no kind of engineer, with POSSIBLY being less of one since about 3 years. happy to explain at the next WC BM I see you at, if you want.
