Regrettably, there are a small number of people who have not been sticking with the rules. Benford did stop by our table later in the convention with his mask on, so I do not what was the issue. Nearly everyone involved with Loscon was masked. There were a lot of non-fans in the hotel, though, but fortunately convention space is way off the main path for the non-fans.
