Thank you! It certainly can be unwound, and it includes a "sunset" clause requiring that the BM re-ratify it in a few years, or else the system reverts to what it is today. I hope the attendees of this year and next year's Business Meeting agree with you. However, as this is a case where the BM is voting to give away some of its power, it has a higher bar to clear.
