Didn't Royal Mail have a computer problem which made it impossible to send international parcels from post offices? Last I heard, they weren't even trying to fix it, just saying use the on-line form. But I'm sorry to tell you, if you've tried to send anything overseas by USPS lately, they're charging $100+ for a 10 kg parcel too.
