Revised Delivery

The second half of Kayla's order carried by UniUni did arrive today, which is sooner than I expected. They didn't toss it over the fence: they just hung it across the front gate. Sigh. Oh, well, at least it did get here, and it wasn't raining today.

Two of the five dresses she ordered where the wrong size: 10 instead of 16/18. That's probably my fault for not paying attention when ordering. I think the size selection kept resetting. Anyway, I'm glad we waited for the second half of the order to arrive, because the shipping return cost for two items is the same as for one.

Those resetting options if you have to go back, or re-load the page are a real pain in e-commerce. Sometimes it's a deceptive design pattern, but often it's just lazy programming that costs the company money and the customer time and/or money.
