Well, the Climate Doesn't Hurt

I had at one time considered using those about-to-expire USAir/America West miles to go to Boskone this year, but given how bad the weather turned out, I'm glad I didn't -- although I'm still using them to go to Boston, for SMOFCon next December, and things are probably just as dicey. Anyway, I got to thinking about that when Cheryl passed on to me this story about energy usage in California. Apparently, California leads the way in energy conservation in the USA.
