Being a Sox fan in the Chicago area, I understand completely, except we only get six games in the middle of the years to beat the Cubs.

OTOH with the Cubs clinching, and the Sox 2.5 games up with a week to go, we Windy City folks may be looking at a subway series for the first time since the 40's.

That would be cool in a weird sorta way.
