Good question: "Einstein said, 'God does not play dice with the universe; however, he does play ____ with it.'" (Good because there's no "real" answer, and lots of potentially funny ones.)
It usually helps if there are potentially "naughty" answers; double entendres are the meat and drink of Match Game.
