Time Change Blues

I don't understand why the DST time change disorients me much more than traveling (and crossing time zones) appears to do. For the past couple of days, I've been falling asleep in the late afternoon, sleeping for several hours, then being up for a few hours, then going back to bed. I think I'm getting the same total number of hours of sleep, just in two separate stretches.

I don't care WHICH time they picked, if they'd just stick to ONE! The change, no matter which way, is like a 2 or 3 hour travel time change and just wipes us out.

One friend complained if we kept standard time it might not get light until 9am in some places in winter! I don't care, we would get used to it!

The problem with the British Isles is the vast length south to north and mainland places in my husband's home country of Scotland wouldn't get light until gone 10am

they manage in winter with little sun and in summer with little "night" in Alaska and other locations. As I said, I don't care *which* is chosen, just pick one and stick with it, we will learn to adapt!
