An exchange of e-mails I had on an only vaguely related subject led me to look up the lyrics to Ray Stevens' humor song Shriners' Convention, whose chorus sticks in my mind, but whose verse and long talking parts I hadn't remembered. But now that I've looked at it, I think I need to find a way to attach a propeller to the hat I bought for FezWestercon.

According to Crazy from the Heat #1 (http://efanzines.com/Crazy/CftH01.pdf) (warning, this link downloads a pdf from efanzines.com), Andy Hooper was wearing a propeller fez at the 2003 Westercon. I think it's a grand idea.
