I haven't been able to get hold of my mother, and as I know she is very busy with commitments to her church these days, I've decided to skip the swing over to Sutter and head directly back to Fremont today. However, that freed up some time this morning, so I indulged myself with a ten-minute dip in the outdoor hot tub here at the Corning HIX. Ten minutes on the boil was about enough; it was sufficiently sunny out there that I became concerned about baking (sunburn), since my already-fair skin is highly sensitive thanks to one of my blood pressure medications. It's over 25 degrees C already and going to get hotter.
