If Dave drove you down to Borderlands, where on earth did he park?
That would appear to be a mystery for which The World Is Not Yet Ready to Learn. Dave dropped us off in front of the store, and he must have found parking eventually, because he showed up later. The shuttle buses were parking in the center turn lane, as were many other cars -- a tactic that appears to be common in the Mission district, but something I don't think I'd have the stomach to try. This inability to park is just one of the reasons that I use BART or Caltrain to get to The City whenever I can and avoid driving if possible.
