To my surprise, I seem to have managed to lose nearly ten pounds over the two-week Thanksgiving holiday period I spent in Fernley. I'm not sure how, as I didn't think I was eating less or anything like that.

I'm temped to quip that it is family stress, but more likely you ate more of the foods your body can handle better. Might be useful info in there.
