Excessively re-using questions bores the panelists, and makes the show seem like a re-run to people who have been to past ones. So I try to keep things fresh. It's different if the panelists are new and if the audience doesn't have substantial overlap with a past show; in those cases, I'm happy to just use one of the hundreds of questions we've accumulated over the years.
