Actually, you can probably do better than my current few paragraphs on the business meeting too. The teaser I wrote in advance is okay but could be elaborated: Every Westercon has a business meeting; we have to, it's in the constitution and everything. At WC69 it will be held at 11am on Saturday in the Ross Island room.
