About the only "deep link" I'd worry about would be the old worldcon.org/bids - and since you have Worldcon Bids as a prominent link on the home page, I wouldn't spend more than a few seconds thinking about it.
Site looks good. Sorry about the directory structure, and it certainly makes sense not to try to preserve it.
