I can understand not wanting the meetings to be broadcast or recorded, there are legitimate reasons for not wanting that (like privacy). But facing the meeting and using the microphone are so much more than that: it is about respecting the audience and making it easier for those hard-of-hearing to follow along.
Keep up the good work, and I hope I can give you my thanks next year in Helsinki. (Where me and my family are organising the children's programme.)
