I'm particulary interested in marketing for non-US worldcons, where I think marketing is a real priority, because you need to tell local fans why Worldcon is different to their local con and why they should go - you need to market to your core constituency (which you don't really need to do for a US Worldcon in the same way, as I understand it).
Its definitely one of the ways in which I think Aussiecon 3 dropped the ball somewhat.
