That laundry was enough of a draw that we probably would have stayed even if they hadn't been able to honor the $109 rate that was showing initially but that vanished when they tried to actually check us in. (The manager who showed us the room overrode the system to give us what she'd originally quoted us.) Aside from the one-week stay in Seaside, Oregon in a vacation apartment (where I might expect such a thing), I've never found this sort of thing at all. It's nearly enough to make us rethink the way we drive on trips to the southwest to include this hotel. However, we have no conventions on the horizon going this way for quite a while now, so it's something of a moot point.
