Ugh. Sorry to hear this. I'm due for my first BP assessment on Wednesday after finishing 24 hours of monitoring. I suspect I know what they are going to say, which is it's still high, even with the medication and I need to lose weight.
I also know what to do, doesn't make it any easier.
36 months of business trips and little exercise have finally caught up with me.
