As a Democrat there is no way in hell that I am compromising on Republican wedge issues. Bill Clinton tried "triangulating" and it did not go well. Gavin Newsom defied the unjust laws against marriage and was proven to be right in the end. California is going to do everything we can to defy and block the unconstitutional, unjust and inhumane overreach that the Republicans are planning. To be honest, I can't promise to be a hero. If the tanks roll, I'm running away. But I'm going to do as much as I can to help people survive the next four years.
