Wishing you success with it--despite a dramatic A1C improvement and weight loss, a friend had to discontinue it after a few months due to very disruptive side effects.

Healing vibes for Lisa--shoulder injuries take plenty of PT/rehab. Kuma Bear will need to be a good nurse.
