At least see Akihabara and (if you are lucky that it is the weekend) Shinjuku in Tokyo, they are geek paradises and a chance to see Otaku culture at it's finest. See the Tokyo Dome and one of the Tokyo Baseball teams, at least. You are a Baseball junkie.
