And in fact I did lose more than 10% of my weight at the time of diagnosis. In fact, I lost about 20% -- and then regained 10%. Still, I think I'd feel better if I loss that 30 pounds that I regained. My clothes would fit better and I'd be less hard on my feet. Still, there are no magic bullets. I just need to do what I was doing right earlier, including exercising more.
