Point out to them that trains are on rails and thus can't be easily taken off course. The next logical step would be to require full TSA screening of every non-rail vehicle using federally funded transportation systems (you know, like highways and interstates...) at every entrance ramp. After all, the Oklahoma City bombing was a guy in a Ryder truck, not a plane or a train.
