In Case You're Still Interested

If you happened to glace by the early draft of the proposal on Worldcon supporting and attending memberships and didn't understand what it meant but are still interested, I have added a much larger section that attempts to impartially describe the effect of the proposal in the same way that the California Legislative Analyst's office offers an anlysis of measures submitted to the voters.

Modifications to the proposal will probably stay at that post, and I won't guarantee that I'll mention every change in new main entries, so if you are interested, you may want to bookmark and follow that message to stay on top of it.
