That do be the place! We went there this afternoon for the first of what I expect will be several stops. They have a branch in the Riverwalk shopping mall, but the original is the one with the most atmosphere, although in this case much of that atmosphere was blowing around the place. Powder sugar is already a menace there, but more so when you don't know which direction it's going to fall. No wonder the pigeons are too fat to fly here.
