Almost Gnome

Just a few more bits and pieces here and there -- and the hasslesome business of fiddling with the layout until it comes out at an even multiple of four pages -- and I'll be able to send the Westercon 60 PR in for Final Executive Review. Thanks to a flood of last-second material, I was granted an extra day or two before it needs to be in the printer's hands. At the moment, it has grown to 36 pages (plus the site selection ballot).
