There are so many things I should have gotten done today -- and I've done none of them. That weekend trip took more out of my than I would have expected. Imagine what a state I'd be in if I drank alcohol!
I did have my quarterly check-in with my doctor. Lab results remain good, with my A1C levels at a nice comfortable non-diabetic 5.2. As before, weight loss is the main issue -- lose weight and I'll lose most of my health problems.
