Making Do

We're running out of time to finish the roof shelter before I head south on Tuesday. The rain slackened off a bit, so we tried to get out and work on some more of the pieces for the shelter. I suppose we accomplished something, but there's still a lot of work that needs doing. We'll need at least one solid clear day to assemble the structure, assuming everything fits.

Lisa made a big spaghetti dinner -- most welcome after all of the time in the cold -- but then we had to go for a long (5 km) walk afterwards, on account of having eaten so much. I'm sure I've gained five pounds this holiday trip.
