There was a bit of a gap in my job this afternoon, and Lisa's foot, while still bruised, was well enough for her to get out of the house, and the sun was shining, so we got out and worked on the fallen tree branches. While there is still work to do, we've managed to open the path again, which I appreciate as I have to walk back and forth between the trailer and Lisa's father's house to get to my "office" here. If the weather is good, we'll get more done tomorrow, and I'll have "during" and "after" pictures.
This kind of exercise did wonders from driving my blood sugar down -- 89, in fact, slightly lower than I would have liked, but better than the run of 150-180 readings I've had the last few days after meals.
