And Away We Go
Jul. 3rd, 2008 08:14 amThe shower in this room must have been designed by giants. I'm 6'3" (about 190 cm), and the I think the shower head was mounted about a foot (about 30 cm) too high. Otherwise, it's a nice enough hotel room, and wouldn't object to staying here again. (This is not true of all HIX properties -- I will never go back to HIX Moreno Valley, for instance.)
As soon as we can get packed out of the room, we'll be back on the road for Las Vegas. I reckon we'll be 45-60 minutes behind my originally-planned schedule, but that shouldn't be too bad. I only hope I'm not holding up Site Selection -- I have the Ballot Box (courtesy of Costume-Con 26) -- because I can't remember what time they planned to open today.
