Just Passing Through

After driving back from Yuba City to Fremont this morning -- smooth trip, no traffic problems, light rain -- and dropping Cheryl off at the apartment, I went on to my office in San Mateo, where Lisa met me, she having driven up from her stop last night in the San Joaquin Valley. Lisa will spend the night here and decide tomorrow morning whether or not to risk heading home to Oregon tomorrow up US-101 (I-5 is out of the question, what with the snow expected) or whether to stay an extra day. In the meantime, she's very happy to have a bath after five days on the road.
