Window of Opportunity

Before collapsing into bed, Lisa had asked me to wake her up after a few hours -- otherwise she would have been up at 1 AM or thereabouts -- so I did so, although she "hit the snooze bar" several times. We still needed some groceries, but the heavy fog out there made driving in it dangerous. So instead we walked, that being safer. We walked the 2.5 km or so to the small grocery store in Lyons and got enough so we could have some dinner.

Today the fog is lighter and you can see some patches of blue sky above, and Lisa is feeling a little better, so we'd better get into the Salem while the opportunity to do is still available.
