Hotel Feedback
Jul. 14th, 2010 11:31 amWe had problems with the power outlets (plugs fell out unless taped in place) in the hotel room at the Pasadena Hilton. I sent both positive feedback (the staff were nice) and negative (the power outlets need fixing). This morning, the hotel's GM called me to tell me that he sent their maintenance people up to replace the defective power outlets and that he thanked me for reporting the problem so that they could fix it. Fair enough.
