Hibernated

I got to Mehama yesterday afternoon. In retrospect, I learned later that just as I was arriving, the San Francisco Giants were celebrating having won the National League West by defeating the San Diego Padres in their final regular season game. However, because none of the radio stations in the area were carrying the news (if they had sports, it was all football all the time), I actually didn't find out the results until Monday morning. That's because after moving my computer gear into Lisa's father's house, all I had energy to do was to have dinner, take a short walk, and fall into bed, where I slept very soundly for nine hours and could have gone longer, but I needed to get back to work, which is what I'm about to do now.
