Van Appointment

I called my regular mechanic today and made an appointment for Monday for him to look into replacing the probably-failing starter motor solenoid and to check out the bodged-together cooling-line connection. I hope he doesn't need to keep the van for too long, but there's a chance that I'll have to skip next Monday's BASFA meeting unless I can find someone to take me there.
