Parted

The replacement door latch for the left rear door arrived at the dealership, and I collected it on the way home from work today. That meant I had to leave a bit earlier than usual, since they close at 6 PM. I've lately been staying at the office until around 7 PM, on the grounds that I'd rather spend the time at my desk than sitting in traffic. Today it took me nearly twice the time to get home than it does when I leave at 7 PM. Even accounting for the side trip to the dealership, it's still a hassle.

OTOH, there's one theory that increasing congestion in traffic is a sign that the local economy is improving.
