Westercon Business Meeting Video Posted

Yes, it was one of the shortest Business Meetings ever, primarily because there were no items of business passed on from last year or introduced this year. It only lasted as long as it did because we wanted to make it absolutely clear how site selection would be announced in Seattle and how we would handle the unlikely-but-technically-possible case of nobody winning the election.

I finally had time this weekend to edit together this video and also upload the Westercon Bylaws & Business, including the minutes of this year's meeting and the Bylaws as of the end of Westercon 65, passed on to Sacramento for next year's Westercon.
