Last Weekend Before Worldcon Trip

I managed to get away from work at Noon today (by dint of starting at 5 AM and having already worked >40 hours by COB Thursday) and made it to Fernley in 7 1/2 hours, including a short stop at Lodi, a much longer one at Colfax (work caught up with me for about an hour at Starbucks), and a brief stop in Sparks to tickle the club card at the Nugget. This is my final weekend home here before the Worldcon trip, as Lisa will come down to San Jose on Wednesday or Thursday and we'll start our trip on Saturday, including an overnight layover at Emeryville because it's otherwise too much of a hassle to catch the California Zephyr. This weekend's chores include finishing the costumes in which we hope to spend a fair amount of time during Chicon.
