I spoke with my mechanic in Fremont today about the minivan. He says there's clearly a problem, but it's difficult for him to work on it because once the van warms up the problem goes away, so he has to keep letting it cool down overnight before the problem reappears. He'll keep me posted. I'm hoping I can have it back by Friday so that I can go see The Game Show Show one last time before it closes and so I can use the van to drive to Fernley over the weekend; however, if the mechanic needs to keep longer, so be it. I'll get home by train.

In less good news, I'm pretty sure I'm coming down with a cold.
