...is that you spend time thinking up unlikely-but-possible Business Meeting doomsday scenarios.
Mind you, that's one reason the 2011 Westercon Business Meeting went as smoothly as it did. I'd considered scenarios like this in advance. If it ever happens again, I'll know how to handle it better. (Short version: Go into Committee of the Whole as soon as possible to help the meeting not paint itself into a parliamentary corner, as they nearly did in 2011.)
