Advance Planning

Lisa and I are considering going to Seaside, Oregon, after the 2015 Worldcon committee planning meeting happening the weekend after BayCon. The weekend after the planning meeting is the SeaPac amateur radio show that she regularly attended when she lived in Oregon. We are mulling over various vacation rentals, as we'd be renting a place for about a week. I'd have to work some of those days, but it would still give us time to enjoy Seaside for a week. There are lots of choices. The question is what to choose and what we can afford. Rentals are apt to cost between $1000 and $1500 for a week. We do need to figure out something fairly soon because I need to request the vacation days for the travel Fernley-Spokane-Portland-Seaside and back via Klamath Falls.
