Winter Returns

This morning started off looking fairly sunny, but around 8 AM, I went out briefly thinking I might take a short walk after breakfast. Looking to the west, I couldn't see the mountains for the heavy black clouds moving east, and a few minutes later, wet gloppy snow started to fall. It only snowed for a little while before turning to rain, and the rain cleared later in the day as well, turning cold but only partly cloudy. Still, it's a good thing I kept the fire burning, in order to keep the chill off the house.
