I was able to get away from work at 11 AM Friday. With a fuel stop at Lodi, some time visiting my sister in Sacramento (and running a small errand for her), and a rest stop at Gold Run (where I lay down on the sofa in the Rolling Stone for about ten minutes; carrying a bed with you has advantages), plus buying groceries on the way home, I arrived home around 7:30 PM.

Now I have stuff that needs doing this weekend, like getting my income taxes done.
